By accessing CrystalBay Mind & Money, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Educational-only content
Our courses provide general educational information about financial psychology and behavior. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or medical advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes.
3. Accounts and access
- Provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds are described on the FAQ page and course checkout flow.
- Third-party processors handle payment data; we do not store full card details.
5. Intellectual property
All materials, including text, exercises, and worksheets, are owned by CrystalBay and licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or organizational learning. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute without permission.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, or deceptive activity.
- No attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt services.
- No sharing of login access beyond your household or authorized team.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrystalBay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
8. Changes to services
We may modify or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except where prohibited by law.
